To allow us to continually improve we greatly value your feedback. All comments positive or negative help us in continuing our high quality care. So don’t be shy, let us know what you think. As part of our complaints policy we aim to respond to any complaint in writing within 10 working days. We view any complaint as a learning experience and value your honesty in letting us know how we can improve.
If you feel your complaint has not been resolved after going through our complaints procedure and would like to take things further then you can contact the Dental Complaints Organisation (dentalcomplaints.org.uk) for private treatment or NHS England (england.nhs.uk/contact-us) for NHS treatment.
